The world of politics...

Never before have I ever, ever become involved in politics like I have this year. I feel like I have been pulled like a magnet into this frustrating, yet so very important arena.  I have learned a tremendous amount of information....an eye-opening amount of information. How can ANYONE vote for a presidential candidate if they don't study and get informed of the truth of the issues. And yet I am made aware of a whole bunch of people who don't do this. 

Why do we do it?

Why do we tend to spend precious time and emotional effort, which may threaten our relationship with our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, by nit-picking at others around us?  Sometimes we criticize, or judge, or are rude, or are unkind to those around us just because we don’t happen to agree with them or understand them.

What happened with just plain forgiving them...letting it go...or asking them to clarify something that we didn’t understand?  We presume they had a nasty or weird reason for what they did or said.

How wonderful it would be if we all could rise above such pettiness and unchristian-like behavior.

.... her song relates to love...but these word I have posted can relate to life itself...

Life...

Life sometimes can be a real struggle...for everyone. We just do the best we can, with God's help. We pick our self up when we fall. We keep going in the darkness, having faith that the light will come quickly. We smile when we feel like crying. We reach out for others when we don't feel like it. We never, never ever give up because we know we can make it !!!
